This Refund and Cancellation Policy describes how refunds and cancellations are handled for services purchased through the Kirayapp platform, including the Kirayapp mobile application and website (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
1. Nature of Services The Platform provides digital services that allow users to discover and interact with listings and other users through the Platform. Certain features of the Platform may require users to purchase a subscription or pay applicable service fees.
2. Cancellation of Subscription Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the Platform. However, cancellation will only stop future billing and will not result in a refund for the current subscription period once the subscription has been activated.
3. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances: • Duplicate payment made for the same service • Payment failure where funds are deducted but the service is not activated • Technical errors that result in incorrect billing • Any other situation determined by the Platform to be a genuine billing error
4. Refund Request Users must submit a refund request within 48 hours of the transaction by contacting our support team through the contact details provided on the Platform.
5. Refund Processing If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction. Refund processing may take between 5 to 7 business days depending on the payment provider or banking system.
6. Platform Role The Platform acts as an intermediary that enables users to access and interact with services and listings available on the Platform. The Platform is not responsible for agreements, arrangements, or disputes that may arise between users outside the Platform.
7. Changes to this Policy The Platform reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically for updates.
